  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us within 3 days – you can set the period, e.g., 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • As we accept only Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued in cash or as an agreed replacement at the time of return.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 4 business days – you can set timeframe for the refund or replacement process to be completed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Exchanges

  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on availability.
